Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan, monitor, and appraise HR activities by scheduling management conferences with employees, hearing and resolving employee grievances, training managers to coach and discipline employees, and counseling employees and supervisors.
∎ Plan , organize, design and implement Key Performance Indicator (KPI) to all departments in order to judge the performance of company employees.
∎ Work with company CEO and/or Managing Director to strategically plan HR initiatives that will benefit the company and encourage more efficient and beneficial work from employees.
∎ Monitor employee progress and stay abreast of company climate and culture, ensuring it stays positive and productive.
∎ Motivate employees by providing them incentives /promotion who has higher continuous KPI and terminate employees who are not productive for the organization.
∎ Plan, develop and design an orientation program to welcome new hired employee and introduce that employee with new organizational culture and personnel of all department.
∎ Develop training plan to train up new and existing employees after discussing with their department head.
∎ Prepare budget plan for celebrating any special occasions or providing other facilities to employee related with overtime work.
∎ Process final settlement issues when an employee decides to resign from company.
∎ Maintain register book and digital personnel records of every employees absent, late, leave ,tour approval , sick and transfer this record to accounts department for payroll process.
∎ Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
∎ Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management.
∎ Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
∎ Maintains human resources records by recording new hires, transfers, terminations, changes in job classifications, merit increases; tracking vacation, sick, and personal time.
∎ Continually educate employees on company policies (including sexual harassment, appropriate dress, and social media permissions, etc.) and keep employee handbook current.
∎ Foster cross-functional relationships and ensure managers and employees are properly connected
∎ Promote a positive and open work environment where employees feel comfortable speaking up about issues.
∎ Identify and recommend areas of improvement to internal standard operating procedures, including team restructuring and morale
∎ Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures
