SWISH is a fast-growing premium brand in building materials with strong national presence and global ambitions.
We are hiring a Strategic Creative Director to lead our 18-member Brand & Communications department and directly impact revenue growth.
This is not a design-only role. Creative must drive revenue — not just aesthetics.
This role is responsible for aligning brand strategy, performance marketing, showroom sales and digital platforms to drive measurable business outcomes.
This position reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
· Plan and execute at least 1 static and 1 motion campaign per month
· Submit monthly campaign plans 30 days in advance (Concept → Execution → Completion)
· Develop and enforce comprehensive Brand Guidelines across all sub-units
· Upgrade existing campaign communication patterns
· Develop Retail & Showroom Branding Plans aligned with international standards
· Strengthen Corporate and Employer Branding
· Ensure complete product information is uploaded before launch:
o Minimum 6 detailed images
o 3D visuals / specifications
o Consistent product angles
· Transform website into a high-conversion platform
· Align Brand, Sales & Business Development messaging
· Improve UX, content & visual communication to increase conversion rate
· Social media-based lead generation campaigns
· Conversion funnel design
· Landing page optimization
· Performance creative strategy
· Retargeting campaign planning
· Lead quality analysis & creative optimization
Ability to:
· Reduce CPL through creative improvement
