Job Context
We’re looking for interns who love building premium web animations using GSAP (GreenSock). You’ll help create smooth landing page motion, scroll-based storytelling, micro-interactions, and animation systems that feel modern and performant.
We welcome interns from any of these four paths (you don’t need all skills):
Frontend Path (Code-first): Strong HTML/CSS/JS → learn motion
Motion Path (Taste-first): Motion/After Effects strong → learn JS/GSAP
3D / Interactive Path (High-upside): Blender/Unreal/interactive thinking → learn web motion
HTML5 Banner Path (Ads-Performance Path): Master ad specs & lightweight HTML/CSS/JS → optimize motion under file-size constraints → scale dynamic, high-converting banner systems.
Responsibilities
Build web animations using GSAP (Timeline, Tweens, Easing)
Implement scroll-based experiences with ScrollTrigger (pin, scrub, markers)
Create smooth micro-interactions (hover, reveal, loaders, UI transitions)

Ensure animations are responsive and performance-friendly
Collaborate with designers and developers to translate motion ideas into web
Write clean, reusable animation code (functions/modules/config-based motion)
