Required Skills & Qualifications:
2–6 years of experience in graphic design and video editing
Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent
Hands-on experience with AI-powered design and video tools such as Nano Nabana, Veo, Canva, etc.
Ability to create AI-generated visuals, motion content, and ad creatives efficiently
Understanding of social media content formats and performance ad requirements
Strong visual storytelling, layout, typography, and motion design skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Nice to Have
Familiarity with AI research and content tools such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, and other generative AI platforms
Experience working in a digital marketing agency
Knowledge of performance-driven ad creatives and conversion-focused design
Basic understanding of SEO and landing page visual optimization

Design high-converting graphics for social media, websites, ads, and campaigns
Create and edit short-form and promotional videos using AI tools and editing software
Develop motion graphics, reels, and video ads for Meta, Google, and YouTube
Use AI tools to enhance content creation speed and quality
Collaborate with content strategists and marketers to execute campaign concepts
Stay updated on design trends, AI tools, and video marketing techniques
