This role is based in a world-class luxury showroom featuring premium, high-value bathware and lifestyle products, where you will engage with elite and design-conscious customers in a refined retail environment.
Major Responsibilities
· Achieve assigned sales targets through effective customer engagement and consultative selling.
· Welcome customers and deliver professional product demonstrations in a luxury showroom environment.
· Represent the SWISH brand by communicating premium product quality, design excellence, and after-sales value.
· Ensure an exceptional customer experience by understanding needs and handling inquiries or concerns professionally.
· Generate and convert leads from showroom visitors and existing customer data.
· Execute cross-selling and up-selling strategies, including promoting slow-moving products.
· Complete sales documentation and coordinate internally to ensure timely product availability and delivery.
