Key Responsibilities

Content Strategy & Planning

• Develop content strategies for internal businesses and client brands.

• Plan scripts for videos, reels, and marketing campaigns.

• Lead content writing direction including social media, campaigns, and long-form content.

• Plan and structure website copy and web content strategy.

• Design and execute campaign content plans aligned with marketing goals.

Client Collaboration

• Participate in client onboarding and strategy discussions.

• Communicate content direction, storytelling ideas, and campaign plans.

• Understand client goals and translate them into effective content strategies.

Insights & Thought Leadership

• Share content insights, trends, and innovative ideas.

• Contribute content that helps educate and engage online audiences.

• Support the agency’s positioning as a strategic marketing partner.
  
  Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in content strategy, digital marketing, or brand communication.

• Strong expertise in content planning, storytelling, and campaign strategy.

• Experience working in an agency or multi-brand environment.

• Excellent writing and communication skills.

• Ability to think strategically and analytically.

Leadership and team management skills.
