SWISH.GLOBAL is looking for a highly disciplined, alert, and professional Personal Gunman to provide armed close protection to the CEO during all official and personal movements outside the residence. This role requires strong situational awareness, strict confidentiality, and unwavering dedication to duty.

Close Protection & Armed Security

·        Provide armed close protection to the CEO during all external movements, ensuring maximum personal safety at all times.

·        Act as a VIP Escort, maintaining close proximity and constant vigilance during travel, meetings, public appearances, and personal outings.

·        Conduct advance threat assessment, including location, route, crowd situation, and potential security risks.

·        Identify suspicious individuals, behavior, or situations and take immediate preventive and lawful actions.

·        Respond promptly, calmly, and legally during emergency or high-risk situations.

·        Carry and handle firearms responsibly, safely, and in full compliance with Bangladesh law.

Confidentiality & Professional Conduct

·        Maintain strict confidentiality regarding the CEO’s movements, personal information, and security arrangements.

·        Demonstrate high standards of discipline, loyalty, integrity, and professional ethics at all times.

Home Security Coordination

·        Coordinate and supervise on-duty residential security guards when required.

·        Identify security gaps at the residence and report observations to the concerned authority for improvement.

Vehicle & Travel Security

·        Remain fully alert while inside the vehicle and continuously monitor surroundings.

·        Assist the driver with route navigation (map navigation), alternative routes, and risk avoidance when necessary.

·        Sleeping or inattentiveness inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited and will be treated as serious misconduct.

Personal Escort & Attentive Support

·        Act not only as a security personnel but also as a Close Protection Companion, staying beside the CEO whenever required.

·        Ensure the CEO is never left unattended or exposed to risk, even for a moment.

·        Proactively observe and anticipate the CEO’s needs and any emerging security concerns.

Public Gathering & Event Presence

·        Maintain close and visible presence during parties, restaurants, meetings, and public gatherings.

·        Ensure personal safety, comfort, and controlled access around the CEO.

·        Arrange quick support and secure exit strategies when required.
