∎ Master's or Bachelors Degree in Human Resources / Professional Qualification in HRM or other relevant area?.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Drive seamless implementation of HR plans, Employee life cycle process and employee engagement activities of the factory?.
∎ Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for administration of employee salaries?.
∎ Administer HR activities (for e.g.: supporting employee welfare and benefits administration etc.).
∎ Lead and manage the Plant Works HR team.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 6 to 8 years of relevant experience, 2-4 years of experience in managing Human Resources function for 1000-1500 plant cadre.
∎ Ability to drive vision and change, and drive results?.
∎ Ability to excite and engage customers as well as inspire employees?.
