∎ Master's/Bachelor's degree in Mathematics/Clothing Technology or NDT
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for understanding customer requirements and arranging manufacturing capacity for the customer account based on the budgeted top line for pre-production
∎ Following up with various stakeholders and ensuring the projection management activities are completed as per schedule
∎ Driving the Planning process for assigned Customer's current and future orders
∎ Monitoring adherence to PPC Calendar, Frozen Plan, Factory Plans and address deviations from plan in accordance with the guidelines
∎ Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure achievement of functional deliverables
∎ Responsible to prepare factory production plan to ensure optimized utilization of capacity and on time customer delivery
∎ Tracking and monitoring achievement against Factory plans and sub-plans, and recommending modifications as required to achieve targets
∎ Preparing analysis and forecasts of Plant capacity and efficiency parameters and maintaining appropriate documentation and records
Additional Requirements:
∎ 3-5 Years of experience in Planning function in a factory
∎ Ability to make quick decisions and work with minimum supervision
