Responsibilities & Context:
We are looking for BSc/Masters in Science or Textile graduate·
Developing and putting into operation the latest system and technical Coordinating the development team on a better process Applying knowledge of proper handling of Wet lab activity and demonstration.
Supports the development of a performance-driven culture amongst all employees.
Takes regular developmental feedback from customers on issues regarding quality and delivery schedules.
Addresses all customer complaints on a priority basis.
Plan, organize, lead, and control the total activity of wet lab in order to achieve the target set by management and customer demand.
To develop effective process and procedure to ensure expected productivity, accuracy and ontime delivery.
Knowledge on different washing machine used in wet lab, washing procedures as per internation and client’s inhouse methods, material store handling, and the development of new technics in process.
Production follows up in concern area of working.
Creative inputs on new ideas which are lined with trends and customer expectations.
Controlling the reworks to ensure accuracy, cost effectiveness and ontime delivery·
Lab equipment operation Monitoring·
Test sample preparation Cross Check·
Monitor Performance of people and equipment.
Review technical raw data to confirm accuracy.
Maintaining TAT as per company expectation.
Increasing productivity utilizing existing resources.
