Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Plan and manage daily weaving operations to meet production schedules and targets.
∎ Ensure the efficient operation of looms and weaving machines, optimizing their performance to meet production demands.
∎ Oversee the quality of woven fabrics, ensuring they meet customer specifications and industry standards.
∎ Continuously evaluate and improve weaving processes to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
∎ Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process optimization without compromising quality.
∎ Ensure that raw materials such as yarns, threads, and chemicals are available as required for production.
∎ Track and report on production metrics, including output, material consumption, and machine efficiency.
∎ Report on daily production results, machine performance, and quality control findings to upper management.
∎ Manage and supervise the weaving team, including operators, technicians, and other staff.
