Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning, supervising and leading all repair maintenance, installation activities & utility support to ensure smooth operational activities of the factories.
∎ Installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of all kinds of machines of a washing plant.
∎ Preparation of electro-mechanical and civil budget, track expenses, and oversee the budget of Utility & maintenance as the Head of Maintenance.
∎ Preparation of maintenance and Utility budget, track expenses and oversee the budget of Utility & maintenance as the Head of Maintenance.
∎ Conducting regular inspections of utility & production machineries to detect and resolve problem well ahead.
∎ New machine installations and floor layout planning.
∎ Managing all machineries Preventive, scheduled and breakdown maintenance activities.
∎ Have knowledge and experience on Fire, Electrical and Building safety requirements and activities as per BNBC 2006 & 2020, RSC/Accord standard, Nirapon standard.
∎ Supervising and executing Electrical, Mechanical & Civil activities.
∎ Massive knowledge & skill regarding installation & maintenance of Fire Detection & Alarm System, Standpipe System as per NFPA.
∎ Installation and rectify all kinds of laser, and ozone machineries (Jeonologia, VAV, Macsa).
∎ Installation and rectify all kinds of Wash, Dryer, Oven & Hydro machineries.
∎ Installation and rectify Transformer, VCB, HT, LT, ATS, PFI, AVR, Sub-station.
∎ Installation and rectify all kinds of gas, diesel & furnace oil boiler.
∎ Planning & maintain schedule of Maintenance & Utility employee & worker.
∎ Installation and rectify all kinds of electrical panel board.
∎ Installation and rectify all kinds of fire safety & IPS system.
∎ Planning & maintain schedule of all kinds of buyer’s electrical safety audit issue (BV, TUV, ZT).
∎ Maintaining & operate ETP, WTP & must have knowledge on ECR-1997.
∎ Installation and rectify all kinds of generator, air compressor.
∎ Must have operational knowledge in AutoCAD
∎ Any other responsibility assigned by management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Ability to work under pressure and if needed long hours to complete the tasks.
∎ Must have proficiency in computer.
∎ Excellent communication skills in both spoken & written English & Bengali.
∎ Strong ability in problem solving and decision making.
