∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Manufacturing (FMCG), Multinational Companies, Textile

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify and assess training through Job Analysis & Performance Appraisals by consulting with respective Line Managers.
∎ Design and develop training calendar for all employees.
∎ Prepare a budget for executing training calendar.
∎ Execute training program for various levels through utilization of resources from in house and external according to the training need.
∎ Monitor and evaluate conducted Training Programs' Effectiveness & Outcomes.
∎ Develops learning activities, audio-visual materials, instructor guides and lesson plans.
∎ Provides expertise in strategy development and execution, planning and facilitation of employee engagement efforts.
∎ Ensure continual improvement of work process and of self-development.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Outstanding proficiency in both written & spoken English
∎ Good command in Computer application
∎ Good interpersonal skills & Pleasant personality
