Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in any discipline from any recognised university with all second class/ division or equivalent GPA/ CGPA 2.50 in all academic examinations

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead capacity development plan for staff and programme participants to achieve programme goals and overall supervise and responsible for training unit
∎ Assess training needs of staff members, programme participants of CEP, prepare yearly and monthly training plan and implement plan accordingly
∎ Prepare module, training materials, training outlines for programme needs and capacity building of trainers to ensure the quality of training
∎ Facilitate training session, orientation and workshop for capacity building of programme participants and staffs and training report accordingly
∎ Monitor and evaluate training programme effectiveness, success and report to the management
∎ Maintain liaison and communication with BLD, BRAC other programmes and other organization that addresses needs and expectation for training units
∎ Provide support to management on CEP training related issues, ensure capacity building of staff members by organizing, implementing and facilitating generic and component wise training courses
∎ Maintain documentation on training related materials, reporting overall training activities, best practices and learning sharing for knowledge and programme development

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ At least 5 years of experience in training sector with specific experiences on training conduction, design training modules & relevant materials and using different training methods and techniques
∎ Comprehensive knowledge on development activities being initiated around the world
∎ Update knowledge on development and training
∎ Clear concept on training module, tools and techniques, methodologies and material development
∎ Skills on preparing training plan and budgeting, training Facilitation and Using different training methods and techniques
∎ Good command in English and Bengali
∎ Have skills on report writing and ability to manage difficult situations in training
∎ Skills on Inter and Intra program Coordination and liaison with GO, NGOs, INGOs
∎ Ability to adjust with the diversified environment along with the cooperative attitude
∎ Excellent time management, leadership, analytical ability, multitasking, facilitation, Communication,
∎ Presentation and report writing skills
∎ Excellent team player and building relationship
