Sizing Manager plays a crucial role in the manufacturing process of textiles, ensuring that sized fabrics meet quality standards and production targets are achieved efficiently. 

• Managing the textile sizing process from start to finish, ensuring that all procedures are followed to meet daily production target.

• Leading a team of sizing technicians and operators, assigning tasks, and ensuring productivity and efficiency.

• Monitoring the quality of sized textiles to ensure they meet specifications and standards set by the company and buyers.

• Managing resources such as sizing materials, chemicals, and equipment to optimize production and minimize waste.

• Addressing any issues or challenges that arise during the sizing process, troubleshooting equipment problems, and implementing corrective actions.

• Working closely with other departments such as production, quality assurance, and maintenance to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of sized textiles.

• Ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and safety standards related to textile sizing processes.

• Maintaining accurate records of production activities, quality inspections, and inventory levels. Providing reports to management as required.

• Identifying opportunities for process improvement, cost reduction, and efficiency enhancement in the sizing department.
