Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinate closely with strategic partners to understand their priorities and work with BRAC's internal stakeholders to ensure effective partnership engagement and quality deliverables
∎ Produce high quality written documents related to the strategic partnership, including progress report, management response for reviews, programme briefs, meeting minutes and case studies
∎ Organise and facilitate strategic meetings and technical engagements for strategic partners in coordination with the relevant programmes and departments
∎ Support programmes to address suggestions and recommendations by the strategic partners to improve service delivery and increase the impact of BRAC's work
∎ Facilitate the process of making periodic updates to the Results Framework based on programme data and information, documenting rationales, and articulating achievements
∎ Develop tools and systems to support partnership development and partnership activities
∎ Work closely with support functions such as procurement, risk management services, safeguarding unit, finance and accounts and monitoring teams for compliance
∎ Capture knowledge and lessons learnt across programmes to monitor progress for senior management decision making and advocacy
∎ To cultivate and develop strong relationships with stakeholder to efficiently deliver partnership goals
∎ Manage reviews, assessments, studies and researches agreed under the partnership arrangement
∎ Arrange workshops, field visits and events along with all logistical support for donors when required
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so
Additional Requirements:
∎ 3+ years in development or related field; ideally would have experience working in a number of different functions (project management, grant management, donor liaison and M&E)
∎ 1-2 years of experience in managing large grants and external donor relations
