Job Responsibilities:
∎ In house monitoring of stationeries, mechanical, utility, electrical spare parts etc.
∎ Preparing report on daily spare parts & other accessories inventory.
∎ Monitoring of goods and issue materials against approved move order.
∎ Prepare daily, weekly, monthly stock report as per departmental requirement.
∎ Maintain store ledger and updating over the time.
∎ Arrange storing of all materials in the store maintaining compliance.
∎ To ensure requirements of all accessories according to buyer's demand.
∎ To ensure all accessories supply to the factory according to consumption.
∎ Maintaining of Stock Register for all Local Trims, Accessories, Stationary, Printing Etc.
∎ To ensure & maintain all store areas safety and hygienic.
∎ To ensure all accessories inventory.
∎ To ensure & maintain all stock register.
∎ To Prepare monthly stock statement by computer and report to higher authority.
∎ To maintain of all Stock Register by the Bin Card System.
∎ To face the annual inventory with the external & internal auditor.
∎ To ensure make swatch and approval after receiving accessories.
∎ To ensure always communicate with suppliers.
∎ To ensure closing report for all remaining accessories to the management after shipment.
∎ To make & follow the consumption of all individual order's.
∎ To maintain & follow up of PI, L/C, Shipment Schedule (ETD & ETA) by Store.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Able to work under pressure.
∎ Ability to lead the team.
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, E-mail communication, using internet.
∎ Fluency in speaking English.
∎ Self-motivated & ability to work hard.
∎ Good interpersonal skills.
