∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 12 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
3 to 4 years experience in same position., Ability to Work Under Pressure, Computer Proficiency, garments woven, Woven down and padded jacket
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have good knowledge and understanding on Woven Garments entire store management.
∎ Co-ordinate with merchandising team and follow up on Sample Developments, approval procedure, bulk order & delivery requirements.
∎ Collect purchase orders, PI, Shipping Document and co-ordinate with Finance and Commercial Department.
∎ Ensure proper maintain and operation of the store like safe receipt, storage, retrieval and timely dispatch.
∎ Ensure goods inbound & out bound, warehouse management, safety and security within the store.
∎ Monitor warehouse activities to ensure that goods are stored correctly and safely and warehouse space is used efficiently.
∎ Monitoring and Controlling monthly Inventory accordingly, participates in physical Inventories by counting stock.
∎ Ensure smooth supply of raw materials to floor.
∎ Ensure the proper storage of all raw materials, Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical and Spare Parts.
∎ Responsible to arrange yearly physical inventory of finished fabrics, Non export quality fabrics, raw materials & submit to the authority in time with reconciliation.
∎ Ensure record and storage of scrap and wastage goods and sale in proper plan.
∎ Maintain all the record and data update for Management and any other work instructed by higher Authority.
∎ Good knowledge on Inventory policy, lead time verification, long lead item forecasting, while meeting inventory accuracy and targets.
∎ Have to maintain proper records, receive stores, tags and track surplus goods
∎ Liaison with Commercial department for imported materials stock and keep in track whether materials uses as per forecast and raise purchase order/materials requisition form in due time.
∎ Improve self and subordinate performance and work process continuously.
∎ Maintain and monitoring store related administrative activities.
∎ Negotiate and manage contracts with suppliers.
∎ Sound knowledge on store auditing.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Fabrics Management, Garments Accessories management, Spare parts management, finished goods managements, Customs rules, Inventory, Auditing & Commercial.
∎ Purchase/Procurement, Supply Chain, Store/Inventory, Commercial, Export/Import through L/C, Freight Forwarding/C&F, Documentation.
Salary: Negotiable
