Education:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting, Master of Commerce (MCom)
∎ Diploma in SCM, Logistics & Inventory Management will be an added advantage.

∎ Knowledge of logistics and supply chain processes

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Receive, inspect, and verify all incoming equipment, spares, and materials at the site. Issues PR/PO to vendor as per site requirement
∎ Ensure proper storage and handling of items to prevent damage or loss.
∎ Maintain an organized and well-structured inventory system for easy retrieval and tracking.
∎ Prepare and maintain accurate records of all incoming items, including invoices, delivery notes, and packing lists.
∎ Generate and update stock registers, inventory reports, and item-specific documentation.
∎ Ensure all documentation aligns with RSPL’s investment reporting requirements for government authorities.
∎ Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, and project team members to ensure timely delivery and receipt of materials.
∎ Communicate discrepancies, damages, or missing items promptly to the Project Manager.
∎ Liaise with the finance and compliance teams for audit and reporting purposes.
∎ Ensure that all storage and handling practices comply with safety, quality, and legal standards.
∎ Provide regular inventory reports to the Project Manager and other relevant stakeholders.
∎ Assist in preparing documentation for government authorities to substantiate RSPL’s Capex investment.
∎ Oversee the day-to-day operations of the project site warehouse, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and accessibility.
∎ Develop and enforce procedures for efficient storage, retrieval, and dispatch of materials.
∎ Implement effective stock control measures to minimize wastage and prevent pilferage.
