Must have minimum 3 years working experience as Lab Manger at yarn dyeing project.

Job Context:

We are looking for a dynamic, result-oriented, and experienced professional to lead our Yarn Dyeing Laboratory operations. The ideal candidate must have a strong technical background in textile processing, color matching, and lab management with hands-on experience in yarn dyeing processes. This position requires a leader who can ensure precision, consistency, and quality in lab outputs that align with production requirements and customer standards.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise all laboratory activities related to yarn dyeing operations.

• Develop and implement standard testing and color matching procedures.

• Ensure accuracy and consistency of shade matching, recipe formulation, and lab-to-bulk reproducibility.

• Monitor and maintain laboratory equipment, chemicals, and dye stock efficiently.

• Collaborate with production, quality, and R&D teams to ensure color consistency and quality assurance.

• Provide technical guidance and training to lab personnel for continuous improvement.

• Analyze test results and troubleshoot dyeing or color issues promptly.

• Maintain proper documentation and lab reports in line with company and buyer standards.

• Support management in innovation, cost optimization, and sustainability initiatives.
