Excellent leadership, analytical, and team management skills.
A proactive team player with a passion for innovation and sustainability.
Responsibilities & Context:
- Lead the R&D Washing Department focusing on innovation, sustainability, and process excellence.
- Develop and implement modern, eco-friendly washing techniques aligned with global fashion and sustainability trends.
- Manage sample developments, process trials, and cost optimization.
- Collaborate with reputed global buyers to meet aesthetic and technical requirements.
- Conduct chemical and mechanical testing, analyze results, and ensure consistent product performance.
- Drive automation, digital systems, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Guide and mentor technical teams to enhance skills and productivity.
