• Proven experience working with international buyers and global fashion brands.

• Strong English communication (written and spoken).

• Computer literate with data analysis and process control capability.

• Excellent leadership, analytical, and team management skills.

• A proactive team player with a passion for innovation and sustainability.

• Lead the R&D Washing Department focusing on innovation, sustainability, and process excellence.
• Develop and implement modern, eco-friendly washing techniques aligned with global fashion and sustainability trends.
• Manage sample developments, process trials, and cost optimization.
• Collaborate with reputed global buyers to meet aesthetic and technical requirements.
• Conduct chemical and mechanical testing, analyze results, and ensure consistent product performance.
• Drive automation, digital systems, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Guide and mentor technical teams to enhance skills and productivity.
