Job Context:
∎ Provide knowledge-based support for trouble shooting and improvement.
∎ Validation and approval of feasibility study in all machine before planning for any new size.
∎ Implementation of QMS concept for a quality product.
∎
Job Responsibilities:
∎ New Product development and Industrialization
∎ Improvement of existing products to meet market demands
∎ Product Market Claim Reduction
∎ Internal scrap and repair reduction
∎ Coordination with different plant functions and Sales & Marketing
∎ Improving productivity in curing and tyre building
∎ Product cost reduction through value re-engineering
∎ Validation and approval of blow point study and fixing of cure cycle.
∎ Validation and approval of thermocouple study
∎ Provide technical support in commissioning of new machines.
∎ Approval of all WI & Specification and control plan documents
∎ BOM Management
∎ Mould design and development
∎ Implementation of QMS
∎ Implementation of PFMEA
∎ QMS
∎ ISO / IATF 16949
∎ 7 QC tools
∎ Authorize the deviation, Approval of Specification, CP, PFMEA
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Industrialization of new SKUs
∎ New product/equipment trials within limited iterations
∎ Defect/scrap targets as applicable
∎ Ensure improvement / cost saving plans are implemented as per time-line
∎ Skill development of the team
∎ Cost Reduction as per Plan
∎ Knowledge in Heat Engineering, Rubber technology, Tyre engineering, Tyre testing, Mould design and Quality systems.
∎ Leadership quality, Communication and Presentation, Analytical and Troubleshooting Skills, Planning, Interpersonal & People management, Decision making, MS Office.
∎ The candidates should have experience in - Tyre, Tube, Plastic, Rubber ,Polymer, Chemical and related industry.
