Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
∎ Skill required: Excellent communication skills both Bengali and English.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Compensation/ Benefits/ Attendance/ Leave Management, Garments or Textile work experience will be add extra value, Human Resource and Development
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To develop strategic policy & procedures.
∎ To resolve employees' grievances, stress in a proactive manner in an efficient manner.
∎ To ensure timely selection & placement.
∎ To monitor compliance certification like WRAP, BSCI, ISO, SEDEX, OEKOTEX, ACCORD, & ALLIANCE, etc. and able to face their different audits with requirements.
∎ To monitor KPI based performance and ensure data accuracy on timely basis.
∎ To work on cost optimization.
∎ Active participation in developing TQM projects like QC Circle, Lean, OPEX, etc.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have the process understanding of Garments/Textile.

Salary: Negotiable
