• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering

• Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, structural, etc.).

• Ability to read technical manuals, blueprints, and building layouts.

• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

• Plan, schedule, and supervise routine preventive maintenance and repair activities for electrical, plumbing, HVAC, mechanical, and structural systems.

• Inspect buildings, facilities, and equipment regularly to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with safety standards.

• Lead, train, and manage the performance of maintenance staff and contractors.

• Develop and manage the maintenance budget, including cost estimation, purchasing, and vendor negotiation.

• Respond promptly to maintenance emergencies, breakdowns, and urgent repair needs.

• Ensure compliance with building codes, health, safety, fire, and environmental regulations.

• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, repairs, and service reports.

• Coordinate renovation, refurbishment, and capital improvement projects.

• Monitor energy usage and recommend cost-saving initiatives.

• Liaise with property management, tenants, and other stakeholders to resolve maintenance-related issues.
