Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor Degree in any discipline.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 15 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and protocols to protect the factory premises and assets.
∎ Supervise security personnel and ensure their adherence to security guidelines and standards.
∎ Conduct regular security inspections and assessments to identify vulnerabilities and recommend improvements.
∎ Oversee access control systems, including the issuance of identification cards, monitoring entry and exit points, and maintaining visitor logs.
∎ Coordinate and manage security clearances for employees and visitors.
∎ Utilize CCTV and other surveillance systems to monitor the factory premises.
∎ Respond promptly to security alarms and incidents, taking appropriate action as necessary.
∎ Creating a safe and comfortable working environment for employees and visitors.
∎ Develop and implement emergency response plans and procedures.
∎ Conduct regular drills and training for security and factory personnel on emergency protocols.
∎ Document and report security incidents, breaches, and violations to relevant authorities and management.
∎ Prepare incident reports and maintain records of security-related activities.
∎ Provide training to security personnel on security protocols, emergency response, and customer service skills.
∎ Ensure the security team is well-equipped and prepared to handle security challenges effectively.
∎ Liaise with local law enforcement agencies and emergency services as needed.
∎ Collaborate with other departments to address security concerns and ensure overall security system in safe way.
∎ Ensuring compliance with company policies and security industry regulations.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply

∎ State-prescribed security training, licensing, and registration. Extensive experience in preventing illegal activity and performing access control. In-depth knowledge of security procedures and surveillance equipment. Knowledge of security industry regulations. Advanced ability to coordinate responses to security breaches and threats. Superb leadership and organizational abilities. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Availability to respond to security alerts outside of business hours. Retired Captain/ Major
