- Hands-on expertise in dyeing machines like Tonello & Flainox.
- Strong leadership, planning, and troubleshooting skills.
- Proficiency in Orgatex and Sedo-mat software.
- Expertise in recipe screening, shade development, and dyeing profile preparation.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and MS Office applications.
Responsibilities & Context:
Responsibilities:
- Lead the seamless dyeing plant operations, including planning, execution, and team management.
- Manage and optimize dyeing recipes using spectrophotometer predictions and visual assessments.
- Ensure quality control throughout the production process.
- Develop new dyeing processes for substrates such as nylon, polyester, viscose, and cotton.
- Coordinate R&D initiatives, focusing on new dye and chemical trials.
- Oversee inventory management of dyes and chemicals.
- Collaborate with the architect and technicians for plant layout and machine erections.
- Monitor production costs and implement cost-saving strategies.
