Responsibilities & Context:

The Sales, Marketing and Operations Manager will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth, implementing effective marketing strategies and enhancing operational efficiency within our company. This individual will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of sales and marketing, management of client relationships and ensuring smooth operational processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Management

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets.

  • Preparing proposals and presentations for clients, showcasing the company’s services and value proposition.

  • Identify new business opportunities and manage the sales pipeline.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.

  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitor activities.

    Marketing Management:

  • Design and implement innovative marketing campaigns to attract clients and candidates.

  • Manage digital marketing efforts, including social media, email campaigns, and content marketing.

  • Analyze marketing metrics to assess campaign effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.

  • Collaborate with the team to enhance brand visibility and online presence.

    Operations Management:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the recruitment agency, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Streamline processes to improve candidate sourcing, client service, and operational workflows.

  • Develop and enforce policies and procedures to maintain compliance with relevant regulations.

  • Manage budgets for sales and marketing initiatives to achieve cost-effective results.
