• Design and implement innovative marketing campaigns to attract clients and candidates.

• Streamline processes to improve client sourcing, client service, and operational workflows.

• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and service delivery.

• Lead, motivate, and guide the sales and marketing teams to achieve sales targets and business objectives.

• Stay updated on the latest trends and developments within the manpower and recruitment industry.

• Manage digital marketing efforts, including social media, email campaigns, and content marketing.

• Collaborate with the team to enhance brand visibility and online presence.

• Monitor the Visa Processing, Document Verification, Advising Applicants, Law and Policy Compliance, Documentation and Record Keeping, Assistance and Support, Conducting Interviews, Policy Implementation and Crisis Assistance.

• Prepare and present reports on sales activities, market trends, and client feedback to the senior management team.
