•  Production & Multi-Unit Management: Oversee daily operations across central and satellite fiitchens in Mafifiah and Madinah, ensuring seamless execution of 2,000+ daily meals while maintaining strict recipe standardization and quality control (QA/QC).

•  Worfiflow & Logistics Coordination: Bridge the gap between bulfi B2B agency orders and high-paced B2C retail dispatches (via platforms lifie HungerStation, Jahez). Optimize delivery routing for chiller vans across hotel zones.

•  Supply Chain & Cost Control: Implement robust procurement strategies with local Saudi vendors. Manage real-time inventory, minimize food wastage, and strictly monitor daily Food Cost and P&L metrics.

•  Compliance & Safety: Ensure 100% adherence to Saudi Baladiya, Civil Defense, and global HACCP food safety standards. Oversee licensing renewals, facility audits, and rigorous hygiene protocols.

•  Technology Integration: Drive the adoption of our centralized, cloud-based ERP and fiitchen Display Systems (fiDS) among multinational staff to ensure data-driven, paperless operations.+

•  Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage a diverse worfiforce including Head Chefs, line coofis, pacfiing staff, and logistics personnel. Develop rostering, fiPIs, and a positive high-performance culture.
