∎ Customer Relation, Communication Skill, Corporate Networking, Negotiation Ability or Overseas Client Dealing.
∎ Experience in tele sales or marketing, preferably in recruitment or job placement services.
∎ Strong verbal and written communication skills.
∎ Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with diverse individuals.
∎ Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
∎ Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Conduct outbound calls to promote overseas job placement services.
∎ Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
∎ Achieve or exceed set sales targets.
∎ Follow up on leads from various sources and convert them into successful job placements.
∎ Communicate with major local and international manpower/recruiting agencies to build partnerships.
∎ Convince agencies to collaborate and establish successful deals for overseas job placements.
∎ Negotiate terms and agreements to maximize business opportunities.
∎ Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote services.
∎ Utilize social media platforms and digital marketing tools to reach target audiences.
∎ Create engaging content for brochures, emails, and social media posts.
∎ Work closely with the marketing team to analyze market trends and adjust campaigns accordingly.
∎ Guide candidates through the application process, providing detailed information about overseas opportunities.
∎ Conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidate suitability.
∎ Offer support and customer service throughout the recruitment and placement process.
∎ Maintain up-to-date records of sales and candidate interactions in the CRM system.
∎ Analyze sales performance and marketing campaign outcomes to identify areas for improvement.
∎ Deliver regular performance reports to management.
