Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve business targets.
- Lead and manage the sales team to ensure optimal performance.
- Identify new market opportunities and expand customer base.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and key stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and budgets.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns and branding activities.
