Job Responsibilities:
∎ Implement and manage digital tools and systems to monitor installment collections efficiently and accurately.
∎ Monitor customer accounts, follow up on due payments, and coordinate with the collections team to ensure timely and proper collections.
∎ Analyze installment trends and provide recommendations to improve collection efficiency.
∎ Develop and generate regular reports on installment collections, delinquency rates, and other relevant metrics for senior management.
∎ Utilize data insights to identify potential risks and opportunities, providing actionable recommendations to enhance collection strategies.
∎ Establish and maintain strong relationships with leading banks and financial institutions to secure financing options for agri machineries.
∎ Negotiate terms and conditions with banks to ensure competitive financing options.
∎ Keep abreast of industry trends and changes in financing regulations to optimize financing strategies.
∎ Collaborate with sales and service teams to ensure seamless coordination between installment collections and customer interactions.
∎ Address customer inquiries related to financing options, ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the financing process.
∎ Continuously assess and enhance existing processes related to installment collections and financing sourcing for increased efficiency and effectiveness.
∎ Implement best practices and innovative solutions to streamline operations and achieve organizational goals.
∎ Visit field frequently to monitor installment collections efficiently and accurately.
∎ Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 38 years
∎ Good at Ms-Office Suite (Ms-Word, Ms-Excel & Ms-PowerPoint).
∎ Assessment & analytical ability.
∎ Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
∎ Be able to cope with pressure & work environment.
∎ Strong communication & presentation skills.
