Education:

Graduation from any reputed institution (No 3rd Class).

• Age At least 24 years

• Experience in related POS, Accruing Alliance of banking sector are preferred; fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.

• Excellent in communication, good in negotiation and able to work independently.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

• Proficiency in MS Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Ability to perform well under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Dedicated, hard-working, and results-oriented.

• Collaborative team player with a positive and professional attitude.

• Follow up and maintain relationships with strategic partners in the Dhaka and Chattogram Zones.

• Onboard and manage Discount, BOGO, and SmartEMI merchant partners for ONE Bank PLC Credit Cards.

• Monitor, renew, and enhance existing merchant partnerships and card propositions.

• Identify and onboard new strategic alliance partners through market analysis and competitor benchmarking.

• Coordinate signing ceremonies, press releases, promotional materials, and partner communications.

• Execute campaign-based SMS blasts, EDMs, website updates, social media posts, and other marketing communications.

• Process merchant agreements, maintain MIS records, and collect EMI bills from merchants.

• Perform any other duties assigned by Management.
