EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Prior experience in Merchant onboarding business
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENT:
Experience in fintech, payments, retail, or FMCG preferred
Experience managing local business community
Expanding Nagad's Merchant Base
Lead and manage two onboarding agencies and a team of contractual employees.
Identify opportunities for onboarding new merchants in targeted clusters or markets.
Focus on acquiring high-potential merchants to drive business growth.
Conduct meetings with prospective clients to increase transaction volume.
Manage leads received from the call center, customer service, internal stakeholders, and regional teams.
Build rapport with existing merchants to generate new referrals.
Merchant Account Management
Conduct regular follow-ups and field visits with both internal teams and agency partners to drive business growth.
Guide and motivate the team to meet individual and collective targets.
Maintain strong relationships with merchants to ensure consistent transaction flows.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve merchant service issues promptly.
Driving Nagad Payment Transactions
Initiate and execute campaigns and promotional activities in coordination with merchants.
Organizing special market drives to boost Nagad's visibility and increase transaction volume in key areas.
Enhance the visibility of Nagad Payment through collaboration with trade marketing and merchant partners.
Distribute gifts to strengthen relationships with high-potential merchants.
Merchant Documentation and KYC Management
Ensure proper documentation and onboarding of mid-tier and other merchant categories.
Review and verify KYC submissions from both agencies in collaboration with the team.
Maintain an onboarding summary sheet to track Merchant Sales Officer (MSO) details and records.
