Job Context:

∎ JOB PURPOSE
∎ The main purpose of the Manager, Resource Mobilisation; GRP will be to support the process of raising funds for BRAC programmes from both existing and potential bilateral donors, foundations, multilateral and regional organisations. The Manager will be responsible for supporting the pro-active engagement with existing and potential donors and pursuing applications for funding from these donors. In addition, the Manager is expected to support the implementation of the OneBRAC Resource Mobilisation and Partnerships Strategy, with a particular focus on intensifying funding streams from bilateral donors, foundations, multilateral and regional organisations.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Resource Mobilisation:
∎ Supporting the implementation of the action plan for resource mobilisation with bilateral donors, foundations, multilateral and regional organisations, in line with the OneBRAC Global Resource Mobilisation and Partnerships Strategy.
∎ Supporting the execution of donor engagement strategies for potential and existing bilateral donors in collaboration with BRAC´s country and regional fundraising teams and BRAC affiliates.
∎ Supporting proposal development in collaboration with BRAC affiliates, country and regional teams, the GRP team and relevant staff from Communications and other relevant teams.
∎ Supporting the writing of tailored applications for funding and being responsible for responding to submission requirements.
∎ Supporting the contribution to general information sharing on areas of responsibility within the GRP team and towards BRAC's programmes, country offices, regional fundraising teams and BRAC affiliates.
∎ Identifying scopes of new funding opportunities and qualifying prospects identified in the donor landscape analysis.
∎ Supporting the outreach and cultivation of prospects to build trustful relationships proactively to secure income streams.
∎ Supporting the organisation in relevant outreach efforts (meetings, events, other).
∎ Others:
∎ Providing regular updates to the Senior Programme Manager; Resource Mobilisation on progress and results within areas of responsibility.
∎ Developing internal stakeholder relationships, particularly within the GRP team and with BRAC's programme, Country offices and regional fundraising teams and BRAC affiliates to align funding needs and opportunities.
∎ Contributing to the routine and special reports with necessary details.
∎ Updating the CRM software and fundraising pipeline engaging the fundraising focal points in the (country) programmes/ departments.
∎ SAFEGUARDING RESPONSIBILITIES
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 03 years of experience with a proven track record of working in corporate sector and/ or trusts & foundations/ fundraising in an international development organisation.
∎ Strong understanding of the institutional fundraising market, donor mapping, scoping, profiling, and/or donor engagement activities.
∎ Demonstrated knowledge, understanding and commitment to active citizenship, poverty eradication, global justice, social change, and gender equality.
∎ Experience of working with bilateral donors, foundations, multilateral and/ or regional organisations.
∎ Ability to manage multiple assignments within tight deadlines.
∎ Experience in organising relevant outreach efforts (meetings, events, other).
∎ A strong team player who is willing to support colleagues and the wider organisation.
∎ High proficiency with computers, in particular, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Project, MS Visio, Cloud Computing (Google Drive and Dropbox), and the Internet
∎ High organisational skills and ability to work virtually in a global environment.
