IFL FACTORY LIMITED is a 100% Oriented Garments Industry looking for highly ambitious and careerist, experienced to work in apparel division for the following positions:

• Project Management: Managing R&D projects from conception to completion, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

• Strategic Planning: Developing and implementing R&D strategies aligned with the company`s overall objectives.

• Innovation: Identifying and exploring new technologies, product concepts, and market opportunities.

• Product Development: Overseeing the development of new products or the improvement of existing ones, they meet quality standards and market needs.

• Collaboration: Working with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and engineering, to ensure alignment and successful product launches.

• Budget Management: Managing R&D budgets and resources effectively.

• Project Management: Planning and developing WASH projects, including needs assessments, project design, and proposal writing. Managing project implementation, ensuring adherence to technical designs and quality standards Garments Sample.

• Technical Expertise: Providing technical guidance and support to staff and stakeholders on WASH-related issues.

• Team Leadership: Leading and mentoring R&D teams, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.

• Any other assignments assigned by Higher Management.
