Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee and lead all aspects of quality control, quality assurance team and operational excellence within Sewing section/Store and Cutting to deliver consistent, high-quality products.
∎ Quality Manager ensures that the product or service which organization provides is fit for purpose, is consistent and meets both external and internal requirements. This includes legal compliance and customer expectations.
∎ Collaborate with concern departments to optimize quality of products and reduce wastage.
∎ Quality manager shall monitor and advise on the performance of the quality management system, produce data and report on performance, measuring against set standards.
∎ Quality manager shall use a variety of measures and management systems, such as total quality management.
∎ Quality manager shall devise and establish company quality procedures, standards. Reviewing customers’ requirements and customer claims and will take proper initiative to solve.
∎ Quality manager will work with purchasing staff to establish quality requirements from external suppliers.
∎ Quality manager shall ensure that production process meets national & international standards Looking at ways to reduce waste and increase efficiency, Defining quality procedures in conjunction with operating staff.
∎ Setting up and maintaining controls and documentation procedures
∎ Monitoring performance by gathering relevant data and producing statistical reports
∎ Making suggestions for changes and improvements and how to implement them.
∎ Using relevant quality tools and making sure managers and other staffs understand how to improve overall manufacturing quality.
∎ Make sure the company is working effectively as possible to keep up with competitors.
∎ Maintain strong relationships with buyers, ensuring their requirements are met.
∎ Any other relevant task assigned by management.
