Education:
Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 7-8 years of experience in quality management within garments accessories manufacturing
Strong knowledge of ISO standards, buyer compliance, and QMS.
Excelient leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Certified lean six sigma will get more preference.
Proficiency in MS Office and quality analysis tools.

Responsibilities & Context:
Develop, implement, and maintain effective Quality Management Systems (QMS).
Ensure compliance with ISO standards, buyer requirements, and industry best practices.
Supervise inspection of incoming raw materials and finished products.
Monitor in-process quality at every stage of production.
Approve final shipment release based on quality standards.
Ensure adherence to buyer specifications, legal, and regulatory requirements.
Prepare for and manage buyer audits, factory evaluations, and compliance checks.
Lead, mentor, and supervise QA/QC staff.
Conduct training sessions for workers and supervisors to strengthen quality awareness.
Serve as the key contact point for buyers on quality issues.
Handle buyer complaints, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective/preventive actions.
Analyze rejection data, defect trends, and feedback to implement process improvements.
Introduce Lean, 5S, and Six Sigma practices to minimize wastage and improve efficiency.
Maintain accurate quality records and reports.
Present quality performance reports to senior management on a regular basis.
