Experience:
The purpose of the Quality Manager is to ensure the companies processes operate using best practice Quality management frameworks with consistency during manufacturing. This should be carried out in-line with the values of the company group strategy in encouraging continuous improvement of Quality and Service for both internal departments and customers.
Duties & responsibilities:
Develop Standards of excellence, continuous improvement, oversee and follow-up quality.
Maintain a right Quality Management System to ensure quality of product.
Guide fellow QC member accordingly to meet Quality Standard.
Ensure the print durability & color fastness include RSL before start production & keep records.
Ensure that the existing QMS satisfy the buyers and product quality as per buyer requirement.
Confirm buyer`s actual Specifications and ensure that buyer`s specifications are properly understood.
Ensure that AQL of the company is properly maintained & exceeded.
Ensure that all incoming, in-process & final goods are properly inspected & documented.
Take both preventive & remedial measures against occurrence of any defect.
Prepare a quality manual for the company so that company`s quality policy & procedures are known to all and implemented at all levels.
