∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should have depth knowledge about quality and production issues of garments manufacturing operations, pattern, sewing, washing, embellishments of all kind.
∎ Should have knowledge about quality KPI, consequence tools, reporting system etc.
∎ Should have capability to decision making independently on any quality issues among factory personnel and buyer’s representatives.
∎ Should have an expertise in circular knit items.
∎ To communicate with buyer regarding any quality issues you should have a good English level and a great ability to formulate your thoughts.
∎ Plan, organize, lab tests, third parties inspections, team allocation you must be able to run optimum day-to-day operations to preset goals.
∎ High Negotiation skills to satisfy buyer and factory at the same time, you should have a very good interpersonal contact.
∎ Responsible for preparing production plan and execute accordingly with the consent of the factory management.
∎ Responsible of approval of Labdips, Strikes off, Samples, bulk fabrics lots etc …
∎ Work with merchandiser teams to ensure cost-effective, high quality and timely delivery of products.
∎ Establish and enforce company policies as per GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) and safety procedures for staffs.
∎ You should be truly honest and work for the best of the product without compromise.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Minimum last 05 (five) years working experience in reputed foreign buying house. .
∎ Good experience in working under foreign management
∎ Ability to effectively handle multiple simultaneous tasks.
∎ Evaluate performance and address development of team; document evidence; determine operational and performance qualification; drive KPIs; Manage Audit requirements; Third Party Development; Checks and Balances; validate and support updates on quality assurance procedures.
∎ Have knowledge in English as fluently in writing & Speaking.
