Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop precise patterns based on design specifications and technical drawings.
∎ Create samples and prototypes to test design concepts and construction techniques.
∎ Collaborate with designers and garment technologists to refine patterns and resolve any fit or construction issues.
∎ Ensure that patterns are optimized for production efficiency while maintaining quality standards.
∎ Stay up-to-date on industry trends, techniques, and technologies related to pattern making and sample development.
∎ Work closely with production team to provide guidance and support during the manufacturing process.
∎ As a Pattern Maker / Sample Men, you will play a vital role in bringing our designs to life by creating accurate patterns and high-quality samples.
∎ You'll collaborate closely with our design and production teams to ensure that our products meet our standards of excellence and reflect our brand's aesthetic.
