Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage Quality Assuraanywhnce and Quality Control team.
∎ Clear and product specific knowledge about Critical, Major and Minor defects.
∎ Sound knowledge about inspection criteria like AQL and Levels.
∎ Being responsible for the overall quality of the products produced by the production team.
∎ Perform random tests to verify quality of products before they are loaded into the containers or covered vans for shipment.
∎ Monitoring the production line and doing periodic Quality Control checks.
∎ Implementing improvements to production processes that lead to overall increases in product quality.
∎ Working together with production responsible to discuss solutions to quality issues.
∎ Creating production plans for new products to guarantee quality from stage one.
∎ Scheduling QC plans along with the other QC, QS and QA team members to fit TOD (time of delivery) deadlines.
∎ Make proactive plans and do the necessities for ISO certifications.
∎ Auditing materials provided by suppliers to assure quality before incorporation into the production.
∎ Assessing the product's quality by testing for a range of features and seeing how the product performs under stresses like impact, temperature, humidity, etc.
∎ Investigating causes of quality problems and proposing solutions.
∎ Training new Quality Control employees.
∎ Utilizing extensive knowledge of the product's inner workings to diagnose problems.
∎ Continuing education on newly developing Quality Control techniques.
∎ Oversee and take full responsibility to ensure Process Control as per correct shipment schedule and production report without error.
∎ Conduct internal inspection, prepare inspection report and keep all these inspection reports for future necessities.
∎ Keep all customers feedback about delivered products overall quality and make reactive action plans to resolve these in future production.
∎ Arrange a monthly meeting with all QC, QS and QA staff from all units and discuss about their present performance and make future plans as part of continuous improvement.
∎ Make continuous visit to different units of the company and work collectively with all units' production responsible as a team.
∎ QC manager should have sound knowledge about few skills like, Management, Teamwork, Leadership, Thoroughness, Reporting, Quality Control (QC), Quality Assurance (QA), Cool Under Pressure, Conflict Resolution, Problem Solving, Multi-Tasking, Timeliness, Scheduling, Product Knowledge, Employee Education/Training, Product Testing, Communication, Innovation.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 25000 - 30000 (Monthly)
∎ As per company policy.
