Job Responsibilities:
∎ In-process quality control (Carton, Poly, Label, Narrow Fabrics, Sewing Thread, Offset Print etc) and report to leadership.
∎ Conduct In-line, Pre-final and Final inspections as per SOP.
∎ To follow up and monitor all sections are in operation according to the SOP.
∎ Implement operational Quality Management System & process across the factory.
∎ To maintain 5s in floor.
∎ To take initiatives for waste reduction plan.
∎ To Investigate and solve customer complains within short time.
∎ Analyze customer complaints and prepare RCA and corrective action plan with relevant team. Maintain complaint and solution database.
∎ To maintain daily quality database and report to Operation Head.
∎ To maintain Customer, Complain, NCR, CPA, Raw material database.
∎ Implementation of CAP shared with customers & follow-up each point to ensure sustainability basis on customer complain.
∎ Prepare and maintain supplier performance database and share evaluation report in monthly basis.
∎ Develop subordinates through training and QA standard process provide them continuous feedback for improvement.
∎ To train other department concerns regularly about the quality SOP, policy and related procedure.
∎ To follow up new product development.
∎ To gain knowledge about new customer requirements and Buyer Quality Manual.
∎ Analyzing testing requirements and ensure SBU wise proper implementation.
∎ Lead cross functional teams to study and develop effective tools, methods, and systems to ensure that the products are of the highest quality.
∎ To create standards used to measure quality results and to drive continuous improvements.
∎ Innovate, improvise, formulate and implement new concepts, techniques, methods and standard operating procedures (SOP) in production and operational management to achieve better quality and productivity.
∎ To take all the necessary initiative to maximize the productivity while simultaneously minimizing waste, improving quality, reducing costs, reducing lead time.
∎ To apply KAIZEN Tools to analysis, problem identifies and find out solution to continuous improvement.
∎ To apply different techniques to eliminates defects of product.
∎ To apply 7 QC tools to solve the quality related troubleshooting issues and implement Total Quality Management at Factory.
∎ Establish and measure key operational performance indicators for the organization and adjust operational tactics to achieve agreed upon performance goals.
∎ To perform any other job as assigned by the Management and report to proper authority regarding daily quality related challenges, tasks and responsibilities etc.
∎ To perform any other task as assigned by the management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 10 years of experience in Quality Assurance Department with at least 2 years of experience in leadership position.
∎ Have adequate and detail knowledge of various kinds Quality Tools.
∎ Having conceptual knowledge on Total Quality Management (TQM) will be added advantage.
