∎ Implement/execute Quality Assurance checks and audits (Service Excellence Audit) as part of the Service Improvement Framework.
∎ Define the service delivery standard as per industry best practices and global service benchmark
∎ Ensure effective use of Quality Assurance tools, techniques and findings
∎ Ensure proper monitoring of service quality from various service touch points and report to respective concerns as well as management on regular frequency.
∎ Network & Service KPI Reporting, Improvement Recommendations.
∎ Revenue Leakage management, Fraud management
∎ Process Re-engineering
∎ Department/Unit wise performance and progress reporting
∎ Arrange workshops/meetings with relevant stakeholders (internal and business partners) for setting action plans to enhance the quality of service.
∎ Take part in different relevant ad-hoc projects related to customer experience.
∎ 6-10 Years' experience in relevant field.
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
