Responsibilities & Context: We are establishing the country’s first electric vehicle manufacturing plant at Mirsarai Economic Zone on 100 acres of land. Its JV with foreign companies.
We need an experienced HR professional for the total development of HR department, compliances and organizational development.
Key Responsibilities:
- HR Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies to support business growth, workforce planning, and organizational development.
- Talent Acquisition and Management: Lead recruitment efforts to attract top talent, establish effective onboarding processes, and develop retention strategies.
- Leadership and Employee Development: Design and implement leadership development programs and continuous learning initiatives to enhance employee skills.
- Performance Management: Oversee performance appraisal systems and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
- Labor Relations and Compliance: Manage labor relations, employee grievances, and compliance with local labor laws and industry regulations.
- Compensation and Benefits: Develop competitive compensation structures and manage benefit programs to attract and retain a highly motivated workforce.
- Diversity and Inclusion: Foster a diverse and inclusive workplace culture.
- Policy Formulation: Develop, implement, and update HR policies, procedures, and handbooks.
- HR Technology: Leverage HR technology systems for data-driven decision-making and process automation.
- Foreign Employee Management: Oversee the foreign employee work process, regulatory requirements, work permit related issues and required reporting.
