∎ Strong Knowledge on QC Methodologies, Tools & Processes
∎ Hands on experience in Automated Testing Tools & Processes
∎ Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Monitor all QC and Product Development activities to ensure that end products quality parameters.
∎ Develop the quality standard and rules and regulations for achieving the quality.
∎ Make Q.C inspection plan with production and material department.
∎ Finalize the critical operation, quality points and ensure explanation to Quality Inspectors & Quality Supervisors. Responsible for overall quality assurance/ Quality Control in the factory.
∎ Responsible for Raw materials QC, line QC & Product QC
∎ Setting Q.A team and ensuring that targets are achieved.
∎ Able to work in Cross-Functional environment.
∎ Keep retention sample of raw materials and packing materials.
∎ Monitoring of Non-conforming and rejected materials and Market Return Products
∎ Managing a team of people and is able to train and develop associates.
∎ To provide technical solutions and trouble shootings to production team.
∎ Propose/ Implement strategic improvements in quality process.
∎ Have to perform other duties & responsibilities as when assigned by the superiors.
∎ Prepare different reports and submit to the R & D & and top management.
