• Bachelor of Science (BSc)

• Bachelors in science in any discipline from any reputed university.

• 8 to 10 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Packaging Industry

• Age At least 30 years
• Only Male

• At least 8-10 years experience of roto gravure and flexible packaging industries.

• Chemistry and Materials science are prefer.

• Establish and manage an effective Quality assurance team.

• Prepared Quality Assurance plan for all technologies being manufactured.

• Complete command of Raw material, finished product and packing material.

• Technical support and customer service problem solving.

• Accurately identifying and analyzing data performing quality checks on the analyzed data.

• Analyze market complaints & establish corrections at the root.

• QMS Certifications & compliance audit support.

• Quality standard / Quality system related to product specification and statistical technique.

• Marinating positive relationships with employees and management at all levels.

• Keep an awareness of the strategic goals of the organization and suggest / implement quality practices that align with this.

• Implementation of Continual improvement in process industry through HACCP.

• Implementation of Continual improvement in process industry through 6 sigma.

• Involvement in the operational excellence.

• Involvement in continues improvement projects.
