∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Experienced in teaching, training and/or research-oriented activities in any institute
∎ Well skilled in developing training module, materials and operational manuals
∎ Ability to formulate policies and Standard operating procedure and guidelines
∎ Sound knowledge on research methodology
∎ Well conversant with Quality Management System/ Standard
∎ Capable to arrange and conduct various training program, workshop and produce analytical reports
∎ Able to design and develop power point presentation
∎ Good command in English and Bangla both written and spoken
∎ Experienced in teaching, training and/or research-oriented activities in any institute
∎ Well skilled in developing training module, materials and operational manuals
∎ Ability to formulate policies and Standard operating procedure and guidelines
∎ Sound knowledge on research methodology

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Review and modify existing system and procedure for quality management
∎ Identify problems regarding quality issues and find out the corrective measures to overcome the problems in consultation with concerned people
∎ Evaluate the prevailing quality system, develop new tools, and techniques with clear indication of improvisation
∎ Modify and develop the standard Quality Control System for Palmal where necessary
∎ Orient on external inspection system and provide necessary guidance on how to face external inspectors
∎ Ensure effective implementation of the process, tools & techniques pertaining quality system Develop quality module, manual, process, implementation guideline, swatches. Materials for quality training
∎ Contribute to develop training module for ensuring quality products and services.
∎ Review existing formats and develop new formats to use for quality improvement process.
∎ Facilitate in quality training program, workshop, and conference when required.
∎ Evaluate and assess the impact of training program on quality issues.
∎ Develop progress monitoring tools & techniques and prepare quality progress report.
∎ Keep subject updated, modified and applicable.
∎ Communicate and share the opinion and views with Head Office quality team members for Develop Standard operational Procedure.
