Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop, implement, and maintain the company’s Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure that it aligns with industry standards.
∎ Conduct regular internal audits to ensure that the QMS is being followed and that non-conformances are identified and addressed.
∎ Lead the quality control function by overseeing product inspections, testing, and measurement processes to ensure that products meet the required specifications.
∎ Develop and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to address identified quality issues and prevent recurrence.
∎ Collaborate with production, merchandising, teams to resolve quality-related problems and improve product reliability.
∎ Document quality-related activities, including inspection results, test reports, and non-conformance records, to ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
∎ Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, reduce defects, and improve efficiency.
∎ Develop and deliver training programs for staff to ensure that they are equipped with the knowledge and skills to meet quality standards.
