Supply Chain Management:
Supply Chain Strategy: Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with the organization's goals and objectives and create SOP.
Demand Planning: Forecast demand and develop plans to ensure that supply meets production needs.
Sourcing and Procurement: Identify and select suppliers, negotiate contracts, and manage supplier relationships.
Warehouse Management: Oversee warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping goods.
Performance Monitoring: Monitor supply chain performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
Risk Management: Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, such as disruptions, delays, and quality issues.
Compliance: Ensure that all supply chain activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards.
